Events - Student Summer Classes
June 8 - 12; 10:00 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will spend the week drawing a multi-media dragon eye, embossing a foil egg, and crafting a flower fairy. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
July 6 - 10; 10:00 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will dive into the world of letters. They will create a 3D project, try calligraphy and paint a graffiti wall. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
June 15 - 19; 10:00 am - noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will sketch their pet and then create a form. From here, the sticky fun begins. Pets will be painted on the last day. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
July 20-24; 10:00 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will spend the week learning beginning knots for macrame. They will create a wall hanging and coasters. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
June 22 - 26; 10:30 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will be inspired by the illustrations in familiar books. An example is a collage inspired by Eric Carle. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
July 27 - 31; 10:00 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will spend the week creating insect-themed projects using several techniques. Zentangle and cardboard will be used. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
June 29 - July 3; 10:30 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
Artists will learn about various artists and then will create their own masterpiece using the techniques the artists used. (All supplies will be provided, including tax.)
August 3 - 7; 10:00 am to noon; student age 7 - 13
